Melissa and Jayden chose the quaint setting of St. Jacobs, Ontario, for their engagement shoot. A place brimming with character and natural beauty. The Village Beirgarten provided the perfect backdrop with its charming village paths, cozy corners, and serene riverside spots. Furthermore, the picturesque scenery highlighted the couples raidiant happiness.

Their beloved dog, Harvey, completed the picture-perfect trio. Harvey’s enthusiastic presence added an extra touch of playfulness and love, bringing out genuine smiles from Melissa and Jayden. As the sun bathed them in its golden glow, the couple and their furry companion created memories that will forever hold a special place in their hearts.

Melissa and Jayden’s journey together began in grade 7, introduced through mutual friends. Little did they know that their friendship would blossom into a love so strong that it would carry them through the years, leading them to this beautiful moment of engagement. Additionally, it would prepare them for all of the excitement to come!

The Proposal: A Greenhouse Surprise

Fast forward to November 19, 2022, when Jayden surprised Melissa with a heartwarming proposal that mirrored their shared passions. Jayden reserved a mini greenhouse at the Puddicome House in New Hamburg, creating an intimate setting surrounded by nature. With excitement and love in his eyes, Jayden dropped to one knee inside the greenhouse and asked Melissa to be his forever. Overwhelmed with joy, she said yes!

To celebrate the beginning of their engagement journey, the couple headed to The Common in Stratford. They enjoyed live music, drinks, and laughter among friends. It was the perfect way to mark this unforgettable milestone in their lives.

Their Wedding Day Vision

As they eagerly look forward to their wedding morning on 3rd March 2024 at Cellar 52. Melissa and Jayden have already envisioned their dream wedding. Their modern wedding brunch vibe will feature clean lines, white and gold accents, adorned with lush greenery and the warm glow of candles. Furthermore, The venue’s cozy fireplace will create a romantic ambiance, setting the stage for a day filled with love and laughter.

Surrounded by five bridesmaids and five groomsmen, Melissa and Jayden’s wedding party will be a reflection of their close-knit circle of friends and family. In addition, their guest list of approximately 75 loved ones will witness the culmination of their love story. A journey that began in their school days and has grown stronger with each passing year.

A Love for Togetherness

When Melissa and Jayden aren’t busy planning their wedding or capturing beautiful moments with their engagement photographer, they can be found embracing the simple joys of life. They love hosting game nights with friends, playing hilarious games like Cards Against Humanity, Rummoli, and Catch Phrase. Moreover, exploring new local restaurants is a favorite pastime for this adventurous couple.

In the midst of their vibrant social life, they cherish the serenity of Sundays spent at home. Together, they plan the week ahead, tidy up the house, and simply relax in each other’s company. This harmony of adventure and domestic bliss perfectly reflects the essence of their relationship.
