Camping trips with their daughter Wren, and visits to motocross tracks for Sean’s dirt biking adventures filled their days with excitement and joy. It should be no surprise that they are planning their wedding in building on the property that usually houses an incredible collection of cars that can’t wait to display for their guests.

So it is no surprise that Sean’s surprise proposal was planned for their 4 year anniversary in December 2022. He took her to the place where their love story had begun. Teds Road Range Diner, the site of their first date in 2018. Owing to the special date and location, Sean was as nervous and excited as one could be.

As they sat there, Melissa couldn’t have anticipated what was about to happen. Sean, overcome with love and emotion, got down on one knee and asked the question that would change their lives forever. The shock and disbelief momentarily left Melissa speechless, but her beaming smile said it all. She said “yes,” sealing their commitment to a future filled with love and adventure.

The Ceremony and Reception will take place on Sean’s family property and include a display of his late grandfathers vehicle collection. Sean’s family and particularly his grandfather have played such a huge role in their lives as the constantly chatted about him during their engagement session.

Their shared love for the outdoors and their tight-knit circle of friends remain central to their lives. Whether it’s camping by the pit, cheering on Sean’s dirt bike endeavors, or simply enjoying quality time indoors with movies and their dogs, Melissa and Sean have found a balance between adventure and cozy moments together.
