Kalie and Steve’s Engagement was SO MUCH FUN!! One of my lovely second shooter’s Kareana and I met Steve and Kalie at the Flatt’s Park in St Mary’s for a gorgeous summer sunset session.
This park in St. Mary’s is one of my favourite locations to photograph at! It has so many different options to create an incredible gallery for any occasion! The river itself is lovely and surrounded by willow trees. There is tons of green space as well a few great architectural pieces like the old train bridge. But my favourite spot in this park is when the water is low and we can actually walk out onto the dry rocks of the river. This engagement session definitely provided and we were able to spend some time on the rocks. They are some of my favourite images from the entire night!
These two were so much fun to spend an evening with! They are so full of laughter and jokes! Not only did we have a ton of fun at all of the spots in this beautiful park, but Steve also brought his bike! What an edgy addition to our fun session! It was so awesome to include something they love in their session! It certainly helped create some incredible photos too!
Steve and Kalie actually met online and on their first date Kalie, being very practical, had an escape strategy ready to go if she needed it! Thankfully it wasn’t necessary and now these two love to adventure together! They both love travelling, and hanging out with their friends, they are so excited to celebrate their big day with family and friends!
Kareana and I can’t wait for their special day at St. Mary’s Golf and Country Club in September.
