Maternity and newborn
At Aiden Laurette Photography, you have 2 options. You can choose to join me in the studio located just outside of Lucknow, or you can choose to have the session take place in your own home.
My studio provides a wonderful setting, with great light, all the props and outfits handy, a spot for feeding baby, space for your toddler to hang out and even the wifi password. Now I understand, that for a million different reasons, leaving the house in those first weeks postpartum can seem unmanageable, for that reason I am happy to join you in your own home. Usually an in home session will include more lifestyle posing, and your home will play prominent roll in the images.
Want your session in your home but still love the look of those images where baby is posed in a prop like a box or bucket? Don't worry! I will bring several backdrop and prop options to your home and our family shots will be more lifestyle.

One of the first things to think about when planning your newborn session is the location.

How far in advance should I book?
Because of the personalized experience and the possibility of baby changing the plans on me, I limit the number of sessions I book each month. In order to guarantee your session I recommend booking a tentative date as early as possible- this date can always be changed if baby arrives dramatically early or lte. .
Ideally a maternity session would take place between 33-36 weeks.
I like to schedule a newborn session 7-14 days after your due date. I offer sessions on both weekdays and weekends for convenience.

All of the maternity gowns as well as newborn outfits, props, hats, backdrops etc are all provided and included in your sessions.
However, if you have an outfit you love or an item of sentimental value you are welcome to bring it along!

Once you've booked your date you will receive a questionnaire asking about your style, colours, vibe, etc. I will use the information you provide to curate the props, backdrops, outfits and gowns we use during you session. You have a say in everything that gets used- ensuring you love every image in your gallery!

You will receive your gallery within 2 weeks of your session.
When you receive your gallery it will have anywhere from 20-60 proofs in it for you to choose your images from. All proofs are fully edited and ready for instant download.
