Do you ever have that moment when you’re getting to know someone and you’re just like “oh yes! This one is amazing! We are totally on the same page!”?

That is exactly how I felt when I started chatting with Chantal! She is so bubbly and full of joy and laughter! Not only that she is a girl on a mission; from the moment we connected, she was clear and confident on the wedding she and Blair are preparing and she was quick to be making plans and finalizing details! (Which is the exact right way to be wedding planning this year when it’s so crazy busy!) It has been such a pleasure getting to know her more!

Chantal let me know right away that they had *seriously* considered a winter wedding, but the added complexities of travel and weather had deterred them. Obviously this meant we HAD to do a winter engagement session! I was so excited that Chantal and Blair were down for the magic of snowy couple’s photography! But things got even better when they told me it wouldn’t only be couple’s photography. It was very important to Blair and Chantal to include his 10 year old daughter Cara! Let me tell you she was the best addition! I can’t wait to see her again at their wedding and this little family was such a pleasure to photograph together! Enjoy the scroll!!
