I am so, so, SO happy to have been that replacement! It was one of those moments where fate totally intervened! Erin and Kyle truly are one of the sweetest couples I have ever had the pleasure of photographing. Their venue was stunning and the details that Erin planned out were beautiful and classic! They celebrated with their closest and dearest friends and family and it was the perfect night!
When I arrived at the Inn to spend some time with Erin as she got ready I asked her if she was nervous; I knew right away that this was going to be a great day when she said “nope- I just miss Kyle- I wanna see him!” She really was the sweetest, most relaxed bride. Later when I met Kyle near the ceremony location it was clear he felt exactly the same way- he was SO excited for the wedding! They both looked amazing and couldn’t wait to celebrate together.
Like so many weddings before theirs; we had some delays- when I checked in with Erin in her bridal suite she was cool as a cucumber enjoying some sour patch kids with her best friend Cady and enjoying the moment of calm before all the excitement began. Later; after their ceremony- I watched these two as they intentionally sought out each of their guests to say hello and thank you and have a conversation! (seriously- most easy going, kindest couple out there!!)
I hope you enjoy this scroll- this wedding was the perfect end to an October full of weddings.
