Janelle and Andrew tied the knot on Saturday with some of their closest friends and family at a family owned farm property; the ceremony was beautifully set in a clearing near a pond on a part of the farm affectionately known as “The Quiet Place”. To make their day even more special, Janelle’s uncle, and owner of the land officiated the celebration. In his words, he made mention that Janelle had been dreaming of this picture perfect wedding day in The Quiet Place since she was quite young.

We started the day finalizing a few legal aspects of their marriage early in the morning. This meant I got to join Janelle a little earlier in the day than I often do. It was so fun to join her family at her parents home while the girls got ready, enjoying their hair, makeup and a few mimosas! It also gave me tons of time to get some incredible detail shots- seriously; check out Janelle’s wedding band, its unique and absolutely breath-taking!

This wedding really was a labour of love; with so many of Janelle and Andrew’s family members helping and pitching in. So many aspects of the day were credited to this Aunt, or that Uncle. From the reception decor(which was AMAZING!!) to the cupcakes, the officiant and the DJ- it is so clear that this couple is incredibly loved. It was such a pleasure to be part of their day!
