As it seems with most things; in this second calendar year of the pandemic; this wedding was not the original plan. Siobhan and Keon call Northern Ontario their home, but Siobhan is originally from London and that is where most of her family is. Due to the pandemic they haven’t felt comfortable flying back and forth this year. So in mid March they made the 17 hour drive South to spend time with family for a couple of weeks. It was decided while they were here that they would tie the knot!
Siobhan’s sweet sister was able to create an incredibly beautiful, intimate backyard elopement for her twin sister in just over a week of planning! She even managed to get these adorable bandanas for their dogs!
Together with their closest family members in person, and more on Zoom, Siobhan and Keon exchanged the most heartfelt, personally written vows and tied the knot. They enjoyed champagne and dinner with the small group of family who attended in person and enjoyed chatting over Zoom with those who couldn’t.
Seriously though! Siobhan’s well-written words to her new husband completely stole the show! There wasn’t a dry eye in the yard!
